Our services for older people are wide ranging and cover the Coventry area.

Helping Hand at Home from Age UK is a flexible service, working around your needs and providing as much or as little help you need - whether it's a couple of hours to help with light gardening, or a little longer to accompany you to a medical appointment.

It's ideal for anyone who just needs a little extra help to get out and about or an extra hand around the house to make life easier.

Physical Exercise Classes
Our city wide groups and classes are designed to be fun and sociable. Sessions include seated exercise, tai chi, walking football, line dancing, bowling for fun, gardening and lots more, at a range of over 20 venues citywide.
All classes are led by a qualified instructor who understands the needs of people in later life. Most groups are supported by a friendly volunteer who will welcome you and help you get to know other people in the group.

Information, advice & connections
Information and advice you need to help you love later life. At Age UK Coventry, we aim to enable older people to love later life. We believe and are passionate about affirming that your later years can be fulfilling years and whether you're on the quest to live well into old age, or if you're going through tough times, we're here to help you make a positive change.

Making sure views on local health and social care services are heard

Healthwatch Coventry is the local, independent champion for health and social care. It provides information for the public about services, helps you make an NHS complaint, gathers feedback and funnels local voices to those who run and plan services

There are many ways you can donate to Age UK Coventry - from donating online or posting a cheque to leaving a financial gift to our charity in your will or volunteering. You can make a real difference by helping us to plan for the future
